Congressman John Murtha takes the Eternal Dirt Nap

Today we lost a great American.....haha just kidding. Congressman John Murtha (D) of Pennsylvania died and leaves a legacy of corruption that all Democrats aspire to achieve. For many years he was on the Judicial Watch top ten most corrupt politicians. Many will hail his decorated service as a U.S. Marine, I will not. During the war against Saddam Hussein he disgraced the Corps and all of our men and women serving in the military.

His corruption runs so deep that it would take me days to list all of his transgressions, so I won't. He isn't worth my time. Feel free to look him up if you doubt me. Being that I am not religious and am not bound to any dogma. I am free to speak ill of this pathetic excuse of a man. If there is a hell.....I truly hope that he has joined Teddy Kennedy and all those like him for a nice flesh burning party.
My final thought on the passing of John Murtha......Good riddance to bad rubbish.

Why? Why? Why?

I've been complaining for a couple of weeks about advertisements for the upcoming "Census".  Today news broke that the Census Bureau had bought a 30 second spot during the "Super Bowl". What is the cost of this ad ??? 2.5 MILLION DOLLARS!!!! People are now starting to wake up and question this waste of taxpayer money. The questions are many and all very simple.

1. Why do they need to advertise the census at all?
2. How much did they pay Christopher Guest to write and direct these commercials?
3. How many commercials have been shot?
4. Did they really need to get Ed Begley Jr. and other Hollywood actors to be in these ads?
5. How much did they pay Ed Begley Jr. and the others?
6. How much of OUR money was paid out for other production costs?
7. How many times are they going to run these ads?
8. How much are we paying for these ads every time they are run?

You can think of more questions, I'm sure. With the financial situation the country finds itself in at this point in time, I sure as hell can think of better ways for that money to be spent. On second thought , here's an idea: QUIT SPENDING MONEY WE DON"T FRIGGING HAVE FOR SHIT WE DON"T NEED.

Black History Month? Bah!

The month Black people anxiously await for is nearly upon us, and February can barely contain the narration we are soon to be inundated with as Black History Month prepares for 28 days of chronicling the trials, tribulations and overcoming against all odds that Black people continue to endure on a daily basis.

We believe Black History Month to be a special time to reflect upon the contributions of Black people to the United States of America. However, the endless and comical quest of locating individuals worthy of admiration and remembrance is a task on par with cleaning the Augean Stables.

Peanut butter? Traffic lights? Compared to the people who built rockets that have sent man-made objects out of our solar system, conquered the atom and created the iPhone, stories of refusing to get off of a bus in Montgomery appear a tad overblown in their historical importance.

It seems Black History Month is an exercise in futility, an endless search for relevance in a sea of achievements by other people of surprisingly monochromatic color.

What a shocker! The Peoples Socialist Democratic Republic of California is running out of money. The Left-wing Libtards have completely ruined California with all of their Socialist programs and will again be asking Chairman Maobama for a bailout.

California is the model that Obummer, Pelosi and Reid are basing the national economy on. Everyone in the country should take a very close look at California. What exactly is California doing to go broke?
Do they have extremely high tax rates? YES.
Do they provide public services to illegal immigrants? YES
Do they protect worthless species of fish to the detriment of their own citizens? YES
Do they pass environmental laws that cause wild fires and mudslides? YES
Do they keep electing radical progressives to the U.S. House and Senate? YES
Do they have very restrictive gun laws that disarm law-abiding citizens while street gangs run rampant? YES
 
Are they in tune with the rest of America? NO
Should the American taxpayer bail them out for not being fiscally responsible? NO
Do I care if California fails? NO as long as I don't have to pay for it.

For years now the people of California have brought this upon themselves, by electing the likes of Nancy Pelosi, Barbara Boxer, Maxine Waters, Henry Waxman and Diane Feinstein. How could someone with any semblance of a brain elect these dimwits?

California must be held up as the poster child of the Progressive Movement. Until the people of California get their heads out of their asses, I say let them suffer.

Former professional basketball player and  writer for ESPN blogs Paul Shirley posted a very well thought out blog today. (Very much like my Haiti post on the 13th) Although this was not posted at ESPN, he was fired. Paul should have learned from John Rocker. I can post things like this, because nobody knows who the hell I am. Paul on the other hand, was tempting fate. In the "Age of Political Correctness" there are things you just can't say or even think without being fired or called a racist. Never mind that I and many others wholeheartedly agree with every last word he wrote. I salute Paul Shirley for putting his true thoughts out there and hope that he apologizes for nothing.

Beginning of the End?

Have a great time watching the Democrats distance themselves from Martha Coakley after last nights special election to fill the now rotting corpse of Ted Kennedy's Senate seat.  The excuses are flying around like the proverbial "shit hitting the fan".

Rep. Anthony Weiner, D-N.Y. was quoted as telling Fox News, "We had a candidate who wasn't very good."  Politico.com also reported that White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel was blaming Coakley for failing to act against Brown's surge even before polls opened.

Her apparent gaff about Curt Schilling being a "Yankee Fan" certainly didn't help her cause and the sheer fact that the labor union her hubby was a part of voted for Brown was the icing on the cake in the election!

What it all boils down to however, is the fact that the American people are starting to get fed up with the double talk, the double standard, the backstabbing, and the back room deals that are becoming more prevalent in the Democratic Party today.  We've had enough and we have the power of the vote behind us.

The Democrats need to start watching their backs now.  "Change" they don't want is creeping up behind them in the form of the November 2010 mid-terms.  This is indeed the beginning of the end.

Moonbattery at it's finest

2010 is starting off so brilliantly. The left-wing moonbats are all going off the deep end. In the past week Ed Shultz of one of the irrelevant NBC news networks came out saying that he would cheat the elections in Massachusetts to keep Scott Brown form winning. Danny Glover blamed our failure to get something done in Denmark for the devastating earthquake in Haiti. And my favorite happened over the weekend: Cindy Sheehan (former darling of the Left) held a protest against the CIA and then later tried to protest in front of former V.P. Dick Cheney's house.

Sheehan's new focus is on our use of drones to fight the Al-qaeda and the Taliban in Afghanistan and Pakistan. How does Dick Cheney have anything to do with what is happening now? This is all on Obamao now. Sheehan has gone so far  over the edge, she should be put down like a sick pet. Every time she opens her mouth she disgraces the memory of her son who gave his life in service of our country in a time of war.

The Left seems to be coming apart at the seams. If Scott Brown wins "Ted Kennedy's seat" in the Senate, unlikely as that would seem, it could help destroy the dangerous Left-wing cabal controlling Congress. Chairman Maobama's health care takeover could be stopped in it's tracks which would cause such a hissy-fit that could very well break the Dems.

As depressing as everything going on in our country is right now, I feel real "hope and change" coming. Just not the socialist kind Obamao had envisioned. I am so looking forward to more of the mental breakdowns of the Left in the coming months.
